Job Title: Entry Level 1 Help Desk Support
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry Level 1 Help Desk Support. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical assistance and support for Microsoft O365 applications.
- Assist with password resets and account management tasks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Provide remote support to users in a hybrid Mac/Windows environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus.
- Prior experience in Level 1 support or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft O365 applications.
- Familiarity with password reset procedures and account management.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Punctuality and professional appearance are essential.
