Job description


USC Shoah Foundation's Cultivation and Partnerships team is dedicated to supporting the Programs department by crafting program budgets, proposals, scopes of work, agreements, and initial program plans for emerging programs. Additionally, it manages the relationships with new and existing partners.

Position Overview:

USC Shoah Foundation's Programs Department is in search of an experienced and detail oriented individual to fill a Program Specialist role within the Cultivation and Partnerships subteam. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative functions, including assisting with program budgeting, proposal drafting, agreement execution, and program planning, as well as budget administration and program monitoring.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of Adobe Suite and SmartSheet. Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential for this position.

The Program Specialist will closely collaborate with the Cultivation and Partnerships Program Manager to support the team and its programs. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and reports directly to the Cultivation and Partnerships Program Manager. The Program Specialist will act as a Program coordinator within the Cultivation and Partnerships

subsection of USC Shoah Foundation Programs Department, working on the development of cross-departmental programs, including educational and museum exhibits centered around USC SF projects, such as Dimensions in Testimony interactive survivor biographies. They will be responsible for coordinating exhibit development with USC ITS team, external AV integration partner/s, external and internal partners to bring exhibits to fruition.

The hourly rate range for this position is $30.27 - $35.38.
