The Space and Intelligence Division provides engineering services and analytic support to the Air Force, Space Force, Combatant Commands, the Intelligence Community, and NASA. Our work includes systems engineering and integration, test planning and execution, cost estimating and analysis, developing approaches and concepts to meet emerging, high priority National Defense needs, and assessing and developing cutting-edge technologies and capabilities to meet those needs.

SPA has an opening for an Executive Administrator.

SPA is looking for a self-starting Executive Administrator to support Directorate Front Office efforts in support of state-of-the-art Space program developments. As part of a team, the successful candidate will lead daily office operations to include:

• Prepare reports, briefings, correspondence, and SSC communications policies and templates;
• Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules, schedule meetings and conferences including those involving staff from outside the immediate office;
• Answer telephones, forward messages, and provide responses to routine queries;
• Effectively plan executive travel from initial booking to reimbursement voucher completion in the Defense Travel System (DTS);
• Assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and monitoring action items, suspenses, and responses;
• Provide inputs and recommendations regarding administrative and office management processes and procedures;
• Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and handle information requests;
• Maintain records and manage information in accordance with DoD guidelines;
• Conduct mail distribution and provide office support services;
• Manage executive schedules by coordinating staff activities and arranging meetings, events, and conventions.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of college and 5 years of Executive Admin experience
• 10 years of directly applicable experience in government and/or industry executive support, human resources, and/or personnel management
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the results of evaluations and anaysis
• MS Windows and MS Office applications expertise

Desired Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Livelink, SharePoint, and DoD records management procedures

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. California Pay Transparency Range: 100k - 130k
