Introduction to the team
The Product Manager will develop the long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for advancing a group of internal and/or external facing technology products. You will lead and evolve a product team to manage product lifecycles by gaining insights from Moss Adams users and market research, collaborating with internal IT groups and partners to deliver features and improvements, and measure the value of features/products delivered. You will be working with your business partners to prioritize features, and with your product team to drive release management cycles from concept to deployment, ensuring operational support meets SLAs and customer service expectations. Experience with Azure Dev Ops is preferred. As a Product Manager at Moss Adams, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. This position reports to the Product Group Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:
Develop strong relationships with customers (business leaders & end users), develop understanding of business strategies and operations and ensure alignment with IT product strategy
Perform customer and market research to understand customer goals and benefits of product capabilities as well as gain insights to current and emerging technologies
Facilitate and drive alignment among key stakeholders by providing research analytics to determine a product strategy, vision and roadmap
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product groups/teams, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development, efficiencies and support
Collaborate with key stakeholders to make frequent and dynamic prioritization decisions based on the latest product analytics, product team metrics and customer feedback
Responsible for translating the product strategy and vision developed with the key stakeholders to product team to ensure product success and acceptance
Drive end to end delivery of products or features with moderate to high level of complexity and scope; this includes creating, managing, and communicating product requirements and roadmap, driving sprints on Agile efforts or working with a Project Manager on defined projects, coordinating deployment with IT support teams, and communicating changes to the customer
Identify issues that impede product success; work with product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan to change or resolve issues
Manage and mentor teams of product delivery professionals, IT resources, and external resources such as vendor/professional services/agency staff that consist of varying functions, skill and level
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of 5 years of product management or related experience in a complex organization required; including demonstrated involvement with building and leading high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture
Knowledge and experience of the overall execution relating to all aspects of Product Management including oversight of an agile team, defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and lifetime support
Strong executive presence and demonstrated leadership skills, good judgment, and ability to effectively interface with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm
Demonstrated successful team management skills such as providing structure and guidance, team building, holding team members accountable, and conflict resolution
Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams/vendors while building trusted relationships and positively influencing others in a hybrid work environment
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization, including non-technical audiences
Ability to understand complex problems, think critically, and identify creative and strategic solutions to meet business objectives
Experience with a variety of project/process management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean)
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
