Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (including, but not limited to)

  1. Communicate proactively with Customers, handling inbound and outbound phone calls and emails.
  2. Answer customer questions about quality, product specifications, and warranty coverage.
  3. Serve as a technical representative of BluePrint Engines.
  4. Provide proactive solutions according to our customer needs.
  5. Provide customer service in accordance with BPE policy.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Previous customer service experience preferred, not required

Automotive or engine knowledge is a plus, but not required.

 

POSITION TYPE

This is a full-time position. Working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday.

WAGES

$16.00 + based on experience.
