Position Summary:

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant for the Department of Social and Behavioral Health Sciences within the School of Public Health.  

Principal Investigator is seeking a Temporary Research Assistant that will support research on improving health outcomes among adolescents and young adults impacted by cancer, as well as young adult couples impacted by cancer. Projects focus on qualitative and quantitative analysis of social support, and understanding how aspects of support- and communication-related processes relate to quality of life and physiological functioning (e.g., salivary markers of inflammation). This will be an excellent position for a candidate who is interested in pursuing graduate studies in Psychology/Public Health in the future.
