Director of Human Resources to join our global Human Resources team in Holland. (Onsite-Hybrid work options are available)

What You’ll Do Lead Multi-Site HR Team - Lead the dynamic US Mexico HR teams, spread across 4 locations, consisting of 12+ employees.
- Empower HR teams to lead at their local levels
- Drive alignment between HR department functions and company business objectives, ensuring strategic congruence and facilitating effective integration of HR initiatives to support the overall success of the business
- Provide leadership, career development, and mentoring to the HR teams globally
HR Skills Leadership - Develop, improve and implement strategic initiatives for talent development and deployment; fortifying our organization for anticipated growth
- Spearhead initiatives to cultivate an employer brand, aligning with our business growth strategy, ensuring a compelling and distinctive identity in the talent market.
- Interface with JSJ’s corporate HR team on matters such as risk management and shared services (ie. Benefits and payroll)
- Build and implement people strategies to support business transformation and growth
- Act as a strategic partner, leading and supporting change management initiatives while resolving conflicts and remaining future focused
Strategic Business Leader - Provide overall leadership on all HR and people related matters; including providing counsel/support to GHSP executive team.
- Champion GHSP’s culture; positioning GHSP as a global organization, rooted in core values.
- Drive performance by partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements What You'll Bring - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent, required.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent, preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications, preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 4+ years managing a team.
- Multi-site teams are ideal.
- Regional and/or global teams, preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in high technology/manufacturing, preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is ideal
- Experience dealing with unions is advantageous but not required.
- 4+ years executing large regional/global initiatives, ideal
- Experience working in a high performance and results driven culture; strategizing at high levels together with the business.
