IT Automation Testing Lead ( UAT )
New Castle, Delaware

$62/hr – $66/hr
Grow your career as an IT Testing Lead with an innovative global bank in New Castle, DE. Contract role with strong possibility of extension and/or conversion. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
+ Bachelor’s/University degree.
+ 5 to 8 years of experience in an IT Quality role with commensurate people management experience.
+ Automation experience in Selenium, Test Management.
+ Demonstrates quality improvements and metrics gathering.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Manage initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing ( UAT ) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
+ Manage a quality team.
+ Resolve variable and complex issues with substantial potential impact.
+ Identify process efficiencies in support of unit objectives; recommend and implement new work procedures.
+ Develop a standard set of (organizational level) metrics related to the cost, effort, and milestones of IT Quality activities.
+ Exhibit good understanding of concepts and procedures within own area.
+ Require in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality and has basic commercial awareness.
+ Evaluate subordinates’ performance and makes decisions on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
+ Use evaluative judgment in complicated or novel situations; uses multiple sources of information.
+ Impact the area through delivery of end results and contribution to planning, finances/budget and formulation of policies.
+ Management responsibility for a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
