Job description

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Hayward. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within our warehouse and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the operations. You will work closely with our team to maintain inventory accuracy, process orders, and perform other warehouse duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and compare them with orders to ensure accuracy
• Organize and store products in the warehouse
• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Perform inventory controls and keep accurate documentation
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment
• Perform general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack) is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy products and materials (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
