Job Title: Multifamily Superintendent
Location: Birmingham, AL and surrounding
Salary: $100k - $130k + allowance, company bonus incentives, per diems when applicable
Requirements: 5+ years in Multifamily Construction, experience with wood-framing and cast concrete is a plus

As we continue to expand throughout Alabama, we are hiring a Multifamily Superintendent to join our team. A successful candidate will have experience in Multifamily construction, primarily garden style with some wrap experience. Candidates should be strong in subcontractor management, scheduling, project documentation, and have a technical background in construction.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise a variety of ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Review schedules and set project milestones, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Oversee subcontractors and field crew throughout the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients, company project managers, and executives
- Foster relationships with subcontractors for repeat partnerships
- Properly document construction progress in computer software
What You Need for this Position
5+ years experience in Multifamily Construction
- Ground-Up Type-III & V Wood Framing Construction experience
- Foundation Concrete experience
- Garden Style and Wrap experience
- OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid
- Ability to travel throughout AL for projects, stipends are provided when travel permits
