Who You Are: 

• 5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience in Income Tax Preparation for Individuals, Partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, Trusts, Estates, and Non-Profit Organizations 
• 2+ Years of Management Experience
• CPA (PLUS)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Master's Degree in Taxation (preferred) 
• Tax Law knowledge
• Experience with Real Estate Tax (Preferred) 
• Reviews skills: 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1041 returns
• Leadership skills
• Ability to train and supervise staff

What You Will Be Doing? 

We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while supporting strong relationships with our current clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance aims of this job is necessary. Staff development skills, the ability to lead a team of professionals by example, and solid time management skills are also important.
