Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Bryn Mawr, PA. Travel throughout the area is required.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clinical Coordinators are responsible to provide clinical oversight to contractors working with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Implementing Company processes, the Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the expedient filling of referrals with appropriately matched professionals, to meet and increase established billable hours, and maintain quality services for the individuals we serve.
- This position has some latitude for decision-making. Work requires appreciable originality, ingenuity, and a regular exercise of independent judgment and discretion in the execution of job responsibilities.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Attend quarterly, yearly or as-needed meetings for all clients on caseload
- Connect with families/individuals, independent contractors, and support coordinators on caseloads on a weekly basis to ensure quality
- Create and maintain clinically appropriate goals and objectives for clients on caseload
- Review staff monthly and quarterly notes for completion and update as necessary
- Review and approve staff notes weekly in clinical document manager software system
- Address any areas of clinical concern with the staff: resolve service problems by answering complaints and inquires; clarifying the complaint; determining the cause of the problem and conducting follow up to ensure resolution.
- Assist with billing and paperwork concerns
REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION - Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience (after graduation) working in the field of human services, case management, or related fields
- Must be willing to travel throughout assigned areas
- Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance for all vehicles owned, leased, and/or hired and used as a component of Supports service.
- Must complete criminal history background check
- Must be personable and have patience with individuals receiving services and their families and/or caretakers
- Strong working knowledge with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and attention to details, both oral and written
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Diligent work ethic, must be self-motivated, take the initiative, and able to think critically and problem
- Exercise solid judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent customer service attitude
SALARY Compensation is commensurate with experience
