BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US

As an Administrative Specialist, you will interface with Project Managers, Cost Control, and Accounting Supervisor in order to support the administrative and accounting functions within the Critical Facilities division of ATS. You will help Project cost compilation and preliminary analysis while managing out-of-state taxes and registrations, subcontractor paperwork distribution, and vendor invoice processing.
