Are you passionate about helping others navigate their health insurance options? We are seeking a dedicated Health Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

Reach out to individuals actively seeking Senior Health Insurance coverage through outbound calling.
Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' needs, and providing tailored health insurance solutions.
Showcase clear and confident verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Utilize computer proficiency in a MS Windows environment for effective management and updates of client information.
Set and surpass sales goals through your goal-oriented and self-motivated efforts.
Stay up-to-date on the latest health and life insurance products and regulations.
Collaborate seamlessly with a dedicated support team to ensure success in client interactions and sales efforts.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Possess an active health and accident license in your residence.
Have 3+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage, particularly with the DUAL member population.
Be comfortable and experienced with outbound dialing.
Demonstrate a passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident demeanor.
Have proficiency in a MS Windows environment.
Be goal-oriented and self-motivated to thrive in a sales-driven environment.
