Special Assistant to the Legal Team

Job description
The Biden for President Campaign is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Special Assistant to the campaign's legal team. This role will report to the legal team's Chief of Staff and support the day-to-day operations of the entire legal department.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and project management support to the legal team
- Conduct research and review and edit documents
- Facilitate onboarding and management of legal volunteer corps
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and information management
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple, high priority projects, in a fast paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Paralegal experience or experience working with lawyers preferred but not required
- Campaign experience preferred but not required2+ years of work experience
$55,000 - $75,000 a year
Due to FEC regulations, only U.S. citizens or U.S. green card holders are eligible to apply for this role.
