This role provides administrative support for the Disney Live Entertainment Show Production leadership team at the Walt Disney World Resort.
What You Will Do
Demonstrate proficiency in calendar management (multiple leaders), travel planning and booking, expense report completion, SAP Casual Buyer and Procurement services, monthly financial reporting, meeting material preparation, IT / Tech support and office supply management.
Assist Production Teams in achieving accurate timelines (calendar, purchasing, travel). Coordinate agendas, meeting notes and action items. Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including proofreading, to assure professional interaction with all levels of leadership, internal partners and external contacts. Serves as backup for calendar management for Executive Administrative Assistant for periods when they are out of office.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years Entertainment or support experience or equivalent
Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Zoom, SAP (T&E, Casual Buyer, Employee ESS), and internet-based research
Willingness and technical savvy to quickly learn and become proficient in new software applications
Strong command of English grammar skills with an ability to prepare correspondence from notes, meetings and reports
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and proven follow-through
Proven strong problem solving and decision making abilities as well as continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing a sense of flexibility with constantly evolving priorities
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, partnering, and networking skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to maintain confidential information that impacts Guest/Cast, external and internal partners
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge or experience of the entertainment or production industry
Knowledge of The Walt Disney Company culture, structure and operating practices
Demonstrated experience in confidently working with all levels of management
Education
High School degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
