Reporting Structure: The Family Medicine Clinic Nurse Practitioner will report to the hospital’s Chief Nurse Officer (CNO).

Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

This Family Medicine Clinic Nurse Practitioner will be a member of the primary health care team who works in collaboration with physicians and other medical staff to provide comprehensive health care to patients. The Nurse Practitioner engages in independent decision-making about healthcare needs and provides healthcare services to individuals and families. The Nurse Practitioner obtains patient histories, performs physical and psychological health assessments, provides patient and family education and counseling, ensures continuity of health care services, and manages acute and chronic disease conditions.
