The Enterprise Application Program Manager plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications within an organization. This role requires a diverse set of skills and abilities to effectively navigate the complexities of large-scale projects and ensure their success.
The Enterprise Application Program Manager will be initially responsible for overseeing the migration from Oracle to SAP S4/Hana. This project will be led by an outsourced implementation vendor, but the Enterprise Application Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. This position will also take on other Enterprise Application programs as required. The Enterprise Application Program Manager will ensure that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in coordination with technical and vendor project managers.
Manage the implementation vendor to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, including identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Ability to align projects with organizational strategy and ensuring efforts contribute to business objectives & goals.
Ability to perform risk management of interdependent projects and all risks that may affect the entire program.
Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes written, verbal, and presentation skills. Coordinate and lead project status meetings and provide regular updates to the project steering committee.
Manage change requests and ensure that they are properly documented and approved.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business requirements.
Develop and implement a project communication plan that keeps all stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues.
Identify and manage dependencies between the migration project and other projects and initiatives within the organization.
Ensure that the migration project is completed in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Provide guidance and support to project team members and stakeholders as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong understanding of SAP S4/Hana and Oracle, including experience with migration projects between the two platforms
Strong understanding of deployment and enhancements projects in enterprise application platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, Hyperion, O365, ServiceNow and others
Solid understanding of enterprise-level technologies and applications is important.
Excellent project management skills, including experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C Suite Executives
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a cross-functional team.
Experience working with outsourced implementation vendors and managing vendor relationships. The ability to negotiate with, and manage vendor relationships is essential for successful project delivery.
Ability to establish and monitor quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
PMP, Prince2 or other relevant project management certification is required.

What will make you a good fit for the role?
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
At least 10-12 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects, including experience with Financial system migrations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Primarily walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Able to hear and speak on a telephone.
Close visual work on a computer terminal.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, other technical instruments, and for performing cable terminations and testing.
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
This position is expected to be remote for the near future with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared work environment.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer.
Must be available for 24x7 support of customers and NTT GDC Americas, Inc.
Up to 25% travel or as required. Travel requirements may vary based on the frequency and intensity of remote site operations.
Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $126,000 - $188,000.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
