Job description
OPPD is hiring a Release Service Engineer. The Release Service Engineer is accountable for managing the implementation release process from development through execution. They are accountable for verifying that each release meets all governance requirements and follows defined procedures. The Release Service Engineer is responsible for supporting release deployments to meet stakeholder needs and expectations. They work with Application Services, Application Support, and Quality Assurance to ensure the integrity of the development, quality assurance, test, and production environments. They use their subject matter expertise to help technical teams identify technical issues and resolve production incidents. The Release Engineer is responsible for advancing technologies, tools, and processes to facilitate automation of releases.
