Impact Companies is now looking to hire a Sales Lead to add to our ISG Team! Sign-on bonus of $2000!

The successful candidate for this role will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by leading and managing our sales efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of sales experience in a leadership or management role
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (Salesforce is a PLUS)
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A passion for sales, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-oriented approach.

This position offers base pay - plus a structured commission plan. All interested candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for out of office client visits and sales calls.
