Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the sales floor and conduct thorough needs analyses to understand their vehicle preferences.
- Expertly explain vehicle features and demonstrate their operation, whether in our showroom or on the road.
- Utilize computer databases to research model availability and optional equipment to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices, trade-in values, and financing terms.
- Conduct visual inspections of inventory on the lot to ensure quality and suitability for customer needs.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, arranging for vehicle delivery and registration.
- Provide comprehensive vehicle orientation to customers upon delivery.
- Attend required training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
