Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated, career-focused individual to become a part of our successful Corporate Team at Bandana’s Bar-B-Q Home Office! This is your chance to join a thriving department in a small, corporate setting. The full-time position offers a weekday schedule and benefits. Pay is based on experience.

Bandana's Bar-B-Q has been providing southern style bbq since 1996! We have a total of 24 corporate stores, with 5 franchises throughout the Midwest Region. Our home office is based in Chesterfield, MO. Bandana's offers competitive pay, health benefits, vacation and sick time, as well as a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
• Schedule interviews and meetings 
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
• Filing and organizing records and important documentation
• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer Service experience
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficiency with common word processing and spreadsheet software
• Ability to comfortable learn new software programs
