Description
Non-profit client located in Northern Delaware is looking to staff a Controller with Microsoft Dynamics SL expertise. As the Controller, your responsibilities will consist of reviewing and overseeing the month end close process, overseeing daily general accounting functions, developing internal controls, policies and procedures, managing all financial and accounting transactions, assisting with budget preparation, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing management with the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results. This Controller must have strong strategic and analytical problem-solving abilities.

· Promote staff development
· Financial Management
· Monitor daily cash flow
· Perform financial analysis
· Create financial forecast and annual budget
· Maintain internal controls
· Oversee compliance and auditing
· Comply with local, state, and federal regulations
· Ad hoc projects as needed
RequirementsThe ideal Controller must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Other requirements for the Controller role include and are not limited to:
· 3+ years of financial management experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Knowledge of HUD compliance a plus
· Microsoft Dynamics SL preferred
