Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily line kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely preparation of dishes.
- Prepare and cook menu items to high standards, incorporating Mexican and Lebanese flavors.
- Train and supervise line cooks and kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff for smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican and/or Lebanese cuisine.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
