Senior Manager, Revenue Operations – Walmart Luminate
Walmart Data Ventures (WDV) is focused on productizing Walmart’s rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better business decisions. We are searching for a driven Senior Manager to join our dynamic Sales Center of Excellence team. This person should have excellent process management and communication skills, understand the need for and foster teamwork, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. To be successful, you should be curious, dependable, responsible with your time, and able to develop an excellent rapport with your teammates and internal stakeholders. A top-notch candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, and always looking ahead for opportunities to improve the work product, increasing the value delivered to the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual planning of sales goals and manage Sales Incentive Plan
- Manage Central Operations team responsible for supporting needs of Business Development and Account Management functions
- Establish and maintain KPI and other metrics used to measure performance and effectiveness
- Develop formal reporting packages for sales effectiveness and productivity
- Conducts sales productivity analysis and provide actionable recommendations
- Optimize lead qualifications and manage pipeline reporting
- Leads a team initiative to document best practices and create/maintain a team repository of example documents, standard template documents, etc
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendation to solve business issue
- Support management in strategic, operational planning and ensure decisions align overall Walmart Luminate sales approach and goals
- Own ad-hoc projects related to business growth in new markets and initiatives
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales operations, sales solutions, sales strategy, account management, or monetization
- Strong verbal and written communications – able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Ad Ops, Business Development, and Leadership.
- Analytically minded and able to use data driven insights along with qualitative inputs to develop a sales strategy that is aligned with Walmart Luminate’s overall GTM narrative.
- Expertise in Excel, Salesforce, SQL relational databases and BI tools like PowerBI
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams
- Experience developing or overseeing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insights
- Self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
- High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Stock equity incentives
