Job description
Working alongside the In Room Dining Managers at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Mini Bar Attendant who possesses attention to detail and a genuine sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
• Stock and replace missing items, inspect, move and clean the Mini Bars in accordance with departmental procedures and policies.
• Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of Mini Bar stock.
• Always maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism.
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all duties found in the refreshment center inspection/attendant evaluation checklist are followed including completing assigned floors, cleanliness of assigned Mini Bars, menus are present, inventory is complete, and refill reports are accurately filled out.
• Report all Mini Bar concerns to management including any guest issues.
General Requirements
• Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture and have required uniform and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow Colleagues without constant supervision
• Responsive to constructive feedback from Chefs, Managers or other staff.
• Food Handlers Certification or equivalent
• Responsible Beverage certification
