Position Summary:

The Division of Physical Theraphy in the Department of Health Sciences invites applications for a part-time Physical Therapist to work per diem in our outpatient clinics. Working with University Physical Therapy, you will provide high quality care in an outpatient setting for patients with musculoskeletal disorders.
Responsiblities:
- Provide physical therapy care that complies with University Physical Therapy’s best practices, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Comply with both federal and state guidelines, including all licensing requirements.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the therapeutic specialty area to which assigned. Some positions may require additional training, certifications, or licensure in speech pathology, audiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or other fields.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

Eligibility for North Carolina Physical Therapy Licensure required.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:

Prefers experience in or completion of an orthopedic residency program.
