This position is contingent. Up to 20 hours a week! What you will do as a Physical Therapist at The Redies Outpatient and Rehabilitation Center: - Provide services to clients including evaluation, establishing plan of care with measurable functional goals and implementation to improve, maintain and restore function, prevent or reduce disability and assist clients to achieve their maximum functional levels
- Timely documentation and communication
- Supervise Physical Therapy assistant as needed
- Implement therapy services under physician order
- Re evaluating patient progress and goals, recertification, and revision of plan of care as indicated
- Discharge determination
- One on one excellent Patient care and services
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
What it takes to join our team: - Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical therapy program and licensure as Physical therapist in the State of Michigan
- A passion for physical therapy and patient care
- Ability to work with all age group clients
- Exercises and manual therapy based skills
- Knowledge of Anatomy and physiology, physical therapy treatment and modalities
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to use proper body mechanics without posing injury to self and others
