RF Regulatory Engineer with RSE

Job description
- Creation and Execution of Wireless Regulatory verification plan, translating worldwide regulatory requirements into test cases.
- Developing test procedures for wireless Regulatory validation tests.
- Coordinating with the compliance team to ensure regulatory validation covers all regulatory compliance tests.
- Foreseeing and maintaining related equipment for testing of various radios
- Reviewing and analyzing internal and 3rd party data and establishing correlation
- Working closely with multiple development teams to debug and analyze the root cause of the issue and provide mitigation plans/suggestions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of related experience.
- End-to-end (E2E) Radio wireless regulatory validation for consumer electronics experience.
- Deep knowledge of Wireless Regulatory test requirement minimum for the USA/CA and EU worldwide a plus
- Experienced with R&S CMW500 and/or Keysight UXM.
- Working knowledge of 5G NR FR1 and FR2, LTE, GSM, UMTS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi technologies up to and including Wi-Fi 6/6e in relation to Wireless Regulatory validation and test.
- Experience with anechoic chambers, Semi-anechoic chambers, and radiation performance evaluation like emissions, EIRP, EIS, etc.
- Strong collaborative and cross-functional team communication skills.
