Position at EF International Language Campuses


Country Product Manager

As a Country Product Manager, you will manage the EF Language Year Abroad product for the United States market like a small business. You will be involved in all facets of its success including strategy development, sales and marketing, goal setting, staff management, budgeting, marketing materials production, etc.

This is a key management position with 2-3 direct reports as well as oversight of marketing, customer service, and business development staff. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to multitask from day one. You should be comfortable doing all aspects of the job: tele-sales, screening candidates, hiring and training office and field staff, visiting schools/universities, managing a budget, etc. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and results-driven professional who will innovate and inspire new ways of working to drive future growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson to take ownership of the product and help develop new and innovative sales strategies, tactics, and processes. We are aiming for triple digit growth for the product over the next 2-3 years and are looking for a leader who is excited to make this happen.
