An established, full-service law firm is seeking an experienced attorney with expertise in transactional, business, tax, and estate planning to join its Orange County offices. This role offers the chance to engage in complex transactions, provide legal support to renowned entities, and regularly interact with high-net-worth individuals.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Formation of business entities
• Corporate governance and tax
• Business succession planning
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Estate planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Probate and trust administration
• An LLM in tax and/or a modest book of business is preferred.
