Role: Technical Service Engineer

Location: Anaheim CA (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

Job Description:

This role will engage directly with the customers and dealers offering pivotal support in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelors degree in engineering.

5 years of experience in vehicle engineering diagnostics/troubleshooting/repair demonstrating both mechanical and electrical proficiency. Minimum of 3 years in a professional setting with direct customer engagement. Solid understanding of gas and electric vehicles. Preferred experience in Automotive Technology Electrical Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering Business Management Industrial Science or related fields. Demonstrable experience in project management analytics budgeting and scheduling. Potential for leadership growth and ambition for future responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and touch typing. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
