Job description
Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Data Management Manager to join our growing team! This position plays a critical role in developing and executing the HR Services “Data First-time Right” strategy, building partnerships across all HR teams to establish HR process execution best practices, overseeing and managing the quality of data within Workday, and facilitating the development and delivery of Workday process training for key user groups. This role will also own the direct input of key data into Workday for business processes such as Leaves of Absences, mass data changes through uploads, as well as SAP Sales Data Management.
This position must be based within a Breakthru Beverage Market to operate in a hybrid capacity (2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
Help build the “Data First Time Right” strategy and lead the development and roll-out of execution plans partnering with HR leaders across HRBPs, Talent Analytics, Recruiting, HR Technology, and Payroll.
Root cause data related issues with stakeholders. Design audit and data analysis processes to identify gaps and monitor and measure improvement.
Manages the HR Process & Data Management team by providing coaching, counseling, training opportunities, to execute direct input of key Workday data for leaves, mass data changes including reorganizations and restructurings, and business critical HR SAP data.
Leads the streamlining of Workday business processes by facilitating strong engagement between HRBPs, HR Technology, Payroll and other key HR functions.
