Hello,

Santa Clara County has a new opening for a Mainframe Engineer/Scheduler. This position is 100% remote and open to all visa types!!!

Notes for recruiters: Mainframe is an IBM software that a lot of cities, counties, and governments use.

ZOS (Z operating System) which is what they run their mainframe systems on.

Relevant Job Titles : Scheduler, Operator, or operations analyst (relative job titles)

Contract : 12 Month Contract

Visa: All Visa's accepted! Sub Vending: No

Qualifications:

• Should have 30-40 years of experience
• Role is more of a scheduler
• Migrating releases of workload systems, there are 2 types. TWS Tivoli Workload scheduler, ZWS Z workload scheduler.

Nice to have

• Automation and installation experience around ZOS scheduling systems.
