QUALIFICATIONS:


Required NJ Certification or eligibility as a Certified School Nurse. Must have active NJ License as Registered Nurse.


DESCRIPTION:


Provide basic school health services to preschool students participating in both in-district and outside private provider partnership programs.
Child health services to include: vision, hearing, dental, height and weight screenings upon enrollment. Maintain records pertaining to immunizations, physical exams and other records necesary. Provide parent education and communication to meet the health and social service needs of preschool children.
