Salary: $45,000-$60,000 Annual + Bonus & Monthly Incentives

A Day In The Life:

As an Aircraft Technician / A&P Mechanic, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch aircraft window services. Your role involves increasing the customer base and sales in your assigned regional market, inspecting aircraft windows, evaluating defects, and performing repairs, including emergency AOG services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Removal and installation of aircraft windows.
• On-call availability for emergency AOG services.
• Using an orbital sander for window repairs.
• Reviewing and interpreting technical data.
• Managing customer relationships, including acquiring purchase orders and scheduling services.
• Traveling to customer locations.
• Completing weekly expense reports and maintaining work order traceability.
• Daily customer interaction and regional market sales development.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and respecting company confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in orbital sanding, auto body work, or previous aircraft experience.
• A&P license or AMT certificate is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use various measuring devices.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, sit, lift, twist, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting/carrying up to 70 lbs.
• Proficient in using various tools and equipment.
• Comfortable with climbing ladders and working at heights.
