Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services
• Dispatch drivers and monitor routes in real-time
• Communicate effectively with drivers and clients
• Problem-solve and make quick decisions to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dispatching experience
• Home services experience (HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
