Job description

Adecco is hiring for a staff associate in Princeton, NJ . Weekly pay starting at $20.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). After you apply, you will have a chance to schedule an immediate interview! 

General Job Duties:
• Overseeing daily workflows of new and existing candidates.
• Assist team in processing onboarding documents.
• Assist in processing employment eligibility forms (Form I-9s) with Onboarding Specialist.
• Send out bulk emails (e.g., confirming receipt of onboarding documents, rescinding job offer emails) and handling paperwork (e.g., incomplete application letters).
• Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
• Communicate with candidates promptly.
• Monitor shared mailboxes in Outlook.
• Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting, onboarding, and hiring process.
• Scanning documents and data entry as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills
• 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Staff Associate, Jr. Recruiter, or HR Generalist
or
• 2-5 years of proven work experiences as an Intermediate or Advanced Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Tech-savvy
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:
 Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
 At least one year of human resource/recruitment experience preferred.
 Applicant tracking system experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:
 Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Microsoft Office:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (intermediate preferred)
• Types correspondence and documents. Performs sorts and merges for mass mailings.
• Spreadsheets: Inputs and updates data in established spreadsheets.
• Databases: Creates simple screens and reports and imports/exports data.
• PowerPoint: Updates existing presentations and may create simple new ones.

Job Competency:
Requires knowledge of standard office procedures, writing skills, ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, ability to scan information quickly and identify relevant data, ability to analyze and summarize data and information, and can perform arithmetic calculations.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
