Job description
The Project Connect Program Administrator will oversee the daily operations of a federally funded 5 year project providing Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation services, clinical services to children ages 0-12, and professional development to staff and members of the community.
* Project Connect staff will have access to intermediate and advance level clinical trainings.
Signing Bonus: $5,000.00
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree from a CSWE-accredited school of social work. Must be licensed as an LCSW and be certified as a Clinical Supervisor.
Work Experience Requirement:
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with families to
improve shared understanding of the developmental, social-emotional, and mental health needs of children; use of strength-based practices to increase engagement and active participation; and ability to provide clinically sound and culturally sensitive/relevant counseling and clinical supervision.
Experience should include understanding of trauma, grief, separation and loss, in-utero substance abuse and parental depression on children. The Program Administrator will have a clear understanding of mental health assessment, screening and intervention, including mental health consultation. Minimum of five years experience working in a social service agency. Experience working in a federally funded program preferred.
