Your job will include managing warehouse inventory and ensuring roofing crews have the materials needed for projects each day. Responsibilities: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS  • Utilizes system for tracking and organizing roofing materials, tools, and equipment. • Maintains accurate inventory records, including stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders. • Conducts regular physical inventory counts and reconciles any discrepancies.  • Job costs materials to appropriate parties. • Ensures equipment and vehicles are maintained and serviced as needed • Monitors and maintains the condition and cleanliness of the warehouse, implementing proper storage techniques to prevent damage or loss of materials.  • Forecasts inventory needs based on project schedules, sales projections, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels.  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations and best practices, promoting a culture of safety and implementing necessary safety measures.  COORDINATION & LOGISTICS • Consults with internal teams (mainly the operations team) to understand roofing and repair project needs in terms of materials and equipment.  • Ensures materials are ready for pick up from crews each morning and assists with transporting materials to crews on-site if needed.  • Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to manage shipments.  • Tracks and monitors the progress of shipments, resolves any issues or delays, and communicates updates to relevant stakeholders.  • Optimizes logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.  Qualifications: • Carry a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. • Have a high school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to self-manage.  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and safety standards.  • Computer skills and proficiency in (or willingness to learn) project management software. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality control.  About Company: Company culture is EVERYTHING to us!
