Job description
We're a design build GC in Oak Brook looking to add an experienced Assistant Project Manager to our team. We were established in the early 2000's and have since completed an array of K12, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use projects.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project timelines. You will also be responsible for tracking and managing the budget, creating RFIs, and submittals.
- 1-2+ years as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Commercial Project Experience
This job pays a salary of $70,000 -$100,000 annually. We also provide potential bonuses, PTO, 401K Match, and comprehensive healthcare choices.
