Responsibilities:

• Managing primary care-related consults
  
• Prescribing medication and diagnostic tests as needed
  
• Work between a clinic and nursing home
  

Requirements:

• Valid NP license in the state of NY
  
• Long-term experience preferred
  
• Ok with the geriatric population
