*Partners with internal clients in Global Communications (primarily but not exclusively in the Americas region) to create proactive strategies designed to avoid or minimize exposure to legal liability and reputational harm whilst maximizing the potential for positive outcomes. *Supports the wider Global Communications law and L&I team with global projects and strategic initiatives. *Drafts, reviews and assists in negotiation of contracts (e.g., client-agency, supplier/media owner, production, sponsorship, events, confidentiality, and intellectual property licenses and agreements). $205,000.00 - $250,000.00
