-Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes throughout the product life cycle.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures.
-Lead the continuous improvement of quality systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
-Conduct thorough root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
-At least 5+ years of Quality Management Needed
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
-Proven experience in a senior quality management role within the aerospace defense manufacturing sector.
-Thorough knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
-Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
-Experience with implementing and maintaining quality management systems (QMS).
-Demonstrated success in achieving and sustaining ISO and AS9100 certifications.
-Base Salary $130-170K
