Job description
Multiple opportunities for projects starting throughout the US delivering pharmaceutical processing facilities and retail facilities. Current project locations range throughout the mid-Atlantic and mid-West, with current projects in MD, PA, MI, NJ, and OH. Travel is required.
Superintedent must be experienced in communicating with Owners, Building Officials, and home office Project Managers. Superintendent must supervise and schedule multiple subcontractors to deliver projects on-time and on-budget. Verifiable experience in the Superintendent role is a requirement. Experience with fast-track project delivery and design-build or design-assist delivery is a plus.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Superintendent will be on-site daily, coordinating all activities at the site. Daily reports and project documentation will be filed via web-based project management system. Experience with similar systems is a plus.
