Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong rapport with policyholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand policyholder base.

Policy Review: Conduct comprehensive policy reviews, providing policyholders with personalized recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products and industry trends to effectively educate and advise clients.

Referral Development: Cultivate and leverage professional networks to generate high-quality referrals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Active insurance license in California.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and targets.
