Job description
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for an HR Administrative Assistant to join a leading Company located in the Wichita, KS surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative support in general HR/Credentialing responsibilities and duties.
- Responsible for assigned tasks that are diverse and complex in nature. Is the first contact for applicants, and departmental personnel, both in person and on the phone.
- Assistant accepts direction from the Executive Director, Director of Human Resources, Director of Finance, and Billing Manager in the daily operation of the administrative office.
- Coordinate interviews for HR
- Create New Hire packets for staff.
- Create New Hire packets for faculty physicians.
- Run and send out monthly reports (birthday, anniversary, new employees etc.).
- Update employee phone lists
- Complete verifications of employment requests.
- Keep HR spreadsheets up to date
- Back up to Office Coordinator position - sort mail, answering phones, taking messages, filing
- Reliable Attendance and Punctuality
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provider CME entries
- Roster Updates and Attestation with Insurances
- CAQH Review & Attestations
- Requests for Verifications
- Coding enrollment forms
- Expirable documents - KS DL/KS provider Licenses/DEAs/Certificates/etc.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- One year to two years related experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Effective communication skills are required due to level of contact with all levels of the organization.
- Must have the ability to prioritize projects and tasks daily and demonstrate customer service-focused behaviors.
