We are inviting two outcomes-focused Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner, AGNP or FNP to join our team of providers in a caring, supportive work environment! The culture of this practice is highly collaborative, very friendly and helpful. Historically, this practice has been a vital part of this community for decades, and we would like to continue to grow as the area grows.
- We are open to an Experienced Primary Care Provider - Internal Medicine/Adult/Geriatric - 3 to 5 years of practice in primary care practice managing own panel - this is not an entry-level position.
- 100% outpatient primary care - no hospital responsibility
- Dedicated 1:1 provider/CMA support
- M-F 8a-5p with 1 hour break for lunch - last appt. 4:15 pm
- Full time - 36 clinical/4 hours admin per week
- Call is 1:4 - 1 week out of every 4 weeks - low call volume - no scheduled drugs or Rx refills
- Average 16-18 patients per day - after ramp up period for new providers
- In-office procedures - joint injections, skin lesion biopsies, I&D, basic women's health
- EPIC EMR, My Chart for telehealth, dragon dictation software available
- Provider will inherit established panel, multiple co-morbidities, high acuity, high volume practice
- X-ray, bone density scanning, onsite phlebotomist
- Practice interviewing now for start date - 120 days from signed offer
