Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Serving as the first impression in our Leasing Office, creating a positive experience for all visitors
- Providing excellent customer service and offering creative ideas for effective marketing/leasing plans
- Implementing plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures
- Handling basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones
Qualifications:
- 1 year of leasing experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in basic office tasks and multitasking in a busy environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
