Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, work from home on Fridays)
Position Reports To: Director of Business Systems
Salary: $140k - $160k + 10% bonus
The Senior Systems Manager, NetSuite, will oversee, manage, and act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NetSuite ERP within our organization. This role involves assisting with integration layers between various business systems, enhancing and updating current NetSuite processes, and supporting upcoming updates and new integrations. Additionally, the role requires involvement in architectural changes, scripting, and automation tasks to improve efficiencies and accuracy. The manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of issues by collaborating with vendors, internal divisions, and technical teams, ensuring prioritization, planning, and completion of resolutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP
Design, develop, and implement NetSuite integration solutions
Support and contribute to architectural decisions and discussions within integration processes
Review and manage all NetSuite business processes
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues
Analyze and implement efficiency throughout the company in the use of NetSuite
Manage custom forms, both UI forms and advanced HTML/PDF templates
Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards
Work alongside BI team to support reporting packages extracting data from NetSuite
Work alongside POS and WMS systems managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP
Experience with NetSuite integration
Knowledge of POS systems and ERP implementations
Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional communication skills, dedicated to keeping all essential parties informed
Committed to collaboration and maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams
Expert ability in coordinating multiple projects, managing diverse responsibilities, and efficiently multitasking
Flexibility in adapting to timelines to suit project needs
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Compensation includes a salary commensurate with experience, participation in group insurance plans upon eligibility, paid time off, sick leave, parental leave and more.
